Custom Orders

For custom orders, please email dianne@thebearhollow.com for additional information and placing an order. If you will look through Our Babies I and Our Babies II for some of my past work, you can let me know the name of the baby similar to what you are interested in recreating. Each baby is a one of a kind and can not be duplicated exactly.
A $100 nonrefundable/nonexchangeable deposit will hold your dream baby and supplies, can be made in two installments if you wish. The deposit will be applied to the balance when baby is ready. If for some reason you can not complete the adoption, your deposit may be used in the future up to one year towards another baby.
Shipping USPS priority insured is $30 in the USA and averages $55 overseas. Payment can be made with your PayPal for cash or credit cards, money order, or cashiers or personal check. Payments can also be made, if you wish, during the birthing process with personal checks and completed at a date of your choosing in the future.
No baby will leave The Bear Hollow Nursery unless they are 100% perfect. Each one take 7 to 14 days to complete. Sometimes requested changes will put my schedule off and I am sure you would want your baby to be perfect, too.
Pictures will be taken and presented to you on a web page (time permitting) for your approval/acceptance before baby is sent home. We want to ensure new parents are happy with their adoptions! I stand behind my work 100%. Should you ever have any problems, my door is always open and enjoy hearing from you!! I would love to put your photo with baby in my Family Album page after baby arrives home!
